On Sunday, I went to the gym after attending the 8am church service at CCF Alabang. I wanted to attend the Punch Kick Class that’s supposed to be every Sunday at 10am but to my surprise, there wasn’t any class. I took on the elliptical for 20 minutes while waiting for 10:30am, since that’s what the schedule indicated, but still no class. I achieved this:

Afterwards, I decided to concentrate on working on my upper body, mainly the arms. I used some machines using 40lbs weights with 2 cycles of 15. I also did planking for 20 seconds and did 15 push-ups, crunches, and squats.
For lunch, I had chicken lauriat from Chowking. I know it’s not ideal, but I wanted to try food from Detoxify, only it was still early when I went there and their kitchen was still closed. I had lunch fellowship with a couple of friends.
