Today is probably one of the days I kinda regret going to the gym. Functional 50 is a class I knew I wouldn’t exactly like but something I definitely needed. I had a hard time keeping up with the exercises but I tried my best despite feeling like dying after each one. If an exercise required 20 counts, I can only do about 15. I TRIED.   Yesterday morning I woke up at 7:30am to go to the gym. I was having second thoughts because I knew I was going to be late but kind of forced myself to get up because I needed this.
