Workout Log – Sept. 15
Don’t let the image fool you. No, I did not lift any weights. I attended the Body Beats class this morning and forgot to take a photo. I remembered to take the photo above before I took a shower and was quite embarrassed to be seen by the other members doing so. Hehehe.
As mentioned, I joined the Zumba class but there were only 4 of us. It was quite fun to dance around with all that space. Oh how my arms hurt with all the movements and arm raising. I’m glad my legs had more endurance or else I would have collapsed right there and then.
I used some leg machines after the class. I use 40 lbs. weights on 2 sets of 15 for each machine. My legs are very sore now. It’s a wonder I made my way back home. Just kidding.
Breakfast: none. Huhu.
Lunch: crunchy chicken with broccoli and quinoa from Detoxify
Dinner: corned beef and egg with fried rice
