Pups & Cups Dog Cafe
My friends and I met for lunch Sunday afternoon and wanted to chill at a coffee place afterward. Unfortunately, there were too many people at the mall so we decided to go to Pups & Cups Dog Cafe in BF Homes instead. I’ve always wanted to go to a dog cafe when I first heard/read about openings here and there. It’s kinda weird because I already have 6 dogs at home. I can’t get enough of dogs. Yep.

The rates are affordable. P190 will get you one and a half hour of playtime with the dogs, and it comes with a free drink. Not bad eh? We didn’t try their food selection since we were still full from our lunch at Buku Buku Cafe.
In case it’s not obvious yet, I love dogs. I’m the kind of person who says ‘hi’ to any dog I meet. Even the stray ones. I wanted to experience playing with other breeds. I was totes excited when I saw the Labrador by the entrance door. I asked why he was outside the play area and they said he gets stressed with the smaller, naughtier dogs. His name is Buddy, and he didn’t want to get up.
The other dogs I met were Dobby the Pug, Allura the Pomeranian, Arrow the Corgi, Chance and Faith the Yorkshire Terriers, and Moby the Shih Tzu. They were all friendly, a little naughty (kept peeing and even peed on some guests), and very adorable. All the furbabies loved my belly rubs and ear scratches. I don’t have pictures of all of them though.
As I mentioned earlier, you get one and a half hour play time with the dogs, but we didn’t even stay that long at the play area. We moved to the cafe after a while, maybe 30-40 minutes in, and stayed at the cafe watching the dogs play.
There’s a shifting schedule for the dogs, we missed the Siberian Husky when we went inside the play area. By the time we were hanging out at the cafe, they let him out again along with the Maltese.
I would probably come back to this place to try their food offerings and to have more play time with the dogs. But I don’t think that will happen anytime soon.
